What You'll Work On

Client Communication

  • Schedule meetings and follow-ups
  • Send updates to clients
  • Keep track of client requests
  • Follow up on missing information or approvals
  • Ensure clients stay engaged throughout the project

Internal Coordination

  • Assign tasks to team members
  • Organize project timelines
  • Track deliverables and deadlines
  • Ensure projects move forward properly
  • Identify blockers before they become problems

Operations & Documentation

  • Build and maintain SOPs
  • Organize project files and documentation
  • Keep CRM and project boards updated
  • Create onboarding checklists
  • Maintain internal processes

Quality Control

  • Review completed work before client delivery
  • Ensure projects follow the original scope
  • Catch missing items or inconsistencies
  • Help improve workflows and systems over time
