At Brydge Group, we help service businesses generate more revenue, save time, and improve customer experience using AI tools, CRM systems, and automation. This is not a corporate maintenance role. We build real-world systems that automate operations, follow-up, lead generation, customer communication, reporting, and AI-powered workflows. We are looking for someone technical, resourceful, and dangerous with automation tools.
What You'll Work On
- CRM automations inside GoHighLevel
- AI chatbot and Voice AI workflows
- Lead nurture systems (SMS + Email)
- Database reactivation campaigns
- Google Sheets + CRM integrations
- API connections between platforms
- AI appointment booking systems
- Internal business operations automations
- Referral and Loyalty Programs
- Reporting dashboards
- Meta Lead Ads + CRM integrations
- Workflow troubleshooting and optimisation

Compensation
Compensation depends on your experience, technical ability, speed, communication, and ability to solve problems independently.
