Welcome to Brydge Group ("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of our services, platforms, tools, and software solutions, whether via our website, CRM platform, chatbots, AI agents, or any other service we provide.
Scope of Services
We provide AI-powered automation services, including but not limited to:
- CRM setup and optimization
- Custom AI Agents (chatbots, voice agents)
- Automation workflows
- Data analytics & insights
- AI-driven customer engagement tools
These services are provided as software-as-a-service (SaaS), consulting, or one-time project-based solutions.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction to use our services.
Use of Services
You agree not to:
- Use our services for illegal or unethical purposes
- Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of our systems
- Share access to your account or our tools without permission
- Upload data you do not have permission to use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.
Data Privacy & Security
We comply with applicable data protection regulations including:
- PIPEDA (Canada)
- GDPR (Europe)
- CCPA (California)
We do not sell personal data. By using our services, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
All systems, code, and AI workflows developed by our team remain the intellectual property of Brydge Group, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients retain ownership of:
- Their original data
- Branding assets provided by them
- Output content generated exclusively for their use
We retain the right to use anonymized versions of outputs and workflows for internal training, benchmarking, or case studies.
Platform & Third-Party Tools
We may use third-party platforms. By using our services, you also agree to those platforms' respective terms.
Payments and Fees
- Fees are disclosed upfront and invoiced as per agreement
- Subscription services are auto-renewed unless cancelled 7 days prior
- Under $2,000 USD, project work may require a 80% deposit unless otherwise specified
- Over $2,000 USD, project work may require a 50% deposit unless otherwise specified
- Platform fees (e.g., hosting, SMS, email) are separate from service fees
- Pro-bono or revenue-share clients agree to pay 10% commission on monthly revenue exceeding $5,000 generated from our systems
- A 5% late fee will be applied to unpaid commissions after 15 days. Account will also be suspended
Refunds and Cancellation
Due to the custom nature of our services:
- No refunds are issued for completed services
- Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins
- Cancellation must be requested in writing
Limitation of Liability
We provide services "as is" and do not guarantee specific results. We are not liable for:
- Lost revenue or profits
- Data loss due to client-side error
- Errors in third-party integrations
- AI-generated inaccuracies
Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid in the 30 days prior to the issue.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services for:
- Breach of terms
- Non-payment
- Misuse or abuse of the system
You may terminate services by written notice, subject to agreed notice periods and payment of outstanding fees.
Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Vancouver, BC.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after updates implies acceptance.
